Welcome
to the home of the Waltham High School Girls Volleyball Booster Club. Our mission
is to support the girls volleyball program at Waltham High School and its players.
We
achieve this goal by raising funds outside of the school's allotted budget through
various fundraising events. The monies raised are spent on the kids and equipment
for the program.
Mainly, we help defray the costs of the annual team banquet,
awards, gifts, warm up suits, and travel bags. We also aim to provide scholarships
for college.

Monday October 29, 2007 Student Faculty Game
Where:
WHS Connors Gym When: 2:30 - 4:00 pm
Who: Players vs. Teachers/Faculty What:
In what has become an annual tradition, our players from all level teams
will take on their WHS teachers and faculty in a friendly but competitive game
of volleyball. Teachers and staff donate to the team for the right to play.
October 2007 Serve-a-thon
Where: WHS Connors
& Cohn Gyms When: Practice Days in October Who:
Players Serve. Friends, Parents, Teachers Sponsor What:
Every girl on the team will have 100 attempts to make 100 serves in the
court by the end of October. Each player will obtain sponsors giving a set amount
for each serve made or a flat donation. Minimum of $10 in sponsors for each player.
